Designed by Rudy Farr-Leander, Lookstar was a start-up concept as a multi-brand affiliate publisher. The unique experience of the site was the ability to be able to search styled looks within a budget. The site would only display items with prices that breakdown within the stated spend amount and between the number of items requested in each look. Favoured looks can then be purchased or posted to their ‘Closet’ page (an enhanced wishlist) where they can be saved, edited, recalculated and shared to social media. The further goal was to offer a one click purchase of all items in the 'look', ordered from multiple retailers.
